3. Payment and Fees

2. Currency & Taxes: All fees are payable in the currency indicated on the Website, and you are responsible for any taxes or bank charges.

4. Event Changes, Cancellation & Refunds

2. Cancellation by Organizer: If the Organizer cancels the Event, registrants will be notified and may be eligible for a refund, subject to the Organizer’s refund policy.
3. Cancellation by Registrant: If you cancel your participation, your refund eligibility will depend on the policy stated at registration. Refunds (if any) will be processed as per the Organizer’s stated terms.

5. Code of Conduct

1. Behavior: Participants must behave professionally, comply with all Event rules, and follow the venue’s policies (e.g., safety, health, dress code).
2. Removal: The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove any participant from the Event for misconduct or breach of these T&C, with no obligation to refund.

6. Risk, Liability & Indemnity

1. Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that attending a physical Event involves inherent risks (health, safety, property). You attend at your own risk.
2. Release of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release the Organizer, venue operators, agents, and sponsors from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your participation in the Event.
3. Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any liability, cost, or damage arising from your breach of these T&C or your actions at the Event.

7. Intellectual Property

1. Rights: All trademarks, logos, images, and event content are the intellectual property of the Organizer or its partners.
2. Use Restriction: You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or use any Event content without prior written permission.
3. Media: By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded, and grant the Organizer a licence to use your likeness in promotional materials.

8. Privacy

1. Data Collection: The Organizer collects personal data (name, email, company, etc.) during registration. This data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
2. Communication: By registering, you agree to receive emails and updates from the Organizer about the Event, unless you explicitly opt out.

9. Disclaimers & Warranty

1. As-Is: The Website and Event content are provided “as is,” without any warranty (express or implied).
2. No Guarantee: The Organizer does not guarantee any specific outcomes (networking, business deals, sales) from attending the Event.

10. Termination

The Organizer may terminate or suspend your registration or attendance at its discretion (e.g., for breach of T&C). Any such termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund (depending on the refund policy).

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These T&C are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Organizer is registered (you should specify your state/country).
